August 23 DO TMDL Implementation Meeting
On August 23rd, a DO TMDL implementation meeting was convened at the Liberty Lake Sewer and Water District. Directors from the Washington Department of Ecology and Idaho Department of Environmental Quality joined the EPA Region 10 Administrator in providing guidance to interested stakeholders.
