Spring was in the air for The Spokane River Forum Conference, held April 26th and 27th. From the Convention Center’s wonderful view of the river and park, over 280 attendees were figuratively warmed by the sun showing up to greet us after a long, cold winter. And the swollen river, fed by a delightful spring freshet, served as a fitting metaphor for freely flowing information and ideas spiced with riffles of new ways to collaborate.
