Community Survey

One of the ways the Forum works to prevent pollution from entering our river and aquifer is through voluntary recognition of local businesses who take steps to be environmentally conscious through our EnviroCertified initiative.

We are looking to expand the reach of the program and need your help! We have prepared a short, anonymous survey to collect community responses regarding the importance of environmentally friendly business practices when making product or service purchases.
