Kaiser Aluminum appeals NPDES permit

Kaiser Aluminum appealed conditions of its NPDES discharge permit in June, partially because it did not want to be bound by outcomes of a Spokane River Regional Toxics Task Force. Ecology has issued no comment. No appeal date to the Pollution Control Hearing Board has been set.
