May 3rd BAP Workshop
The purpose of the Biologically Available Phosphorus Workshop is to identify the additional research needed to further a common scientific understanding of Biologically Available Phosphorus and to discuss the application of this science to Water Quality Modeling and Effluent Discharge Permitting for the Spokane River.
