Center for Justice Writes Ecology Director about Spokane River TMDLs

In a letter to Jay Manning, Director of Washington Department of Ecology, the Center for Justice writes “there are several important reasons why the PCB TMDL should be completed as soon as possible and along a parallel track with the DO TMDL.”
