Mayor Condon to keynote, agenda on-line
The Spokane River Forum Conference agenda is now online. Click here to view.
Said Andy Dunau, the Executive Director, “The Forum is excited and thankful. Government, university, tribal, business, conservation groups and others came together to put this exciting agenda together. You’ll also see the number and diversity of sponsors. Their support is why the cost of attendance is so low and scholarships are available. In every way this is a bi-state community event where all perspectives will have a voice and be able to network with one another. Our goal is to assure everyone who wants to attend can attend.”
The Forum is also pleased to announce that Spokane Mayor David Condon has agreed to be the keynote speaker at lunch on Tuesday, March 26th. Condon and staff will speak regarding the vision and benefits they see for applying Integrated Management Planning to meet Spokane’s stormwater and combined sewer overflow needs. From both an environmental and dollar perspective, this helps initiate a critical and far reaching community conversation. The Forum is honored to provide a place to support this dialog.
