Comments to February 13, 2009 Core Model Workshop

The City of Spokane, Kaiser Aluminum, the City of Coeur d’Alene, Inland Empire Paper, Hayden Area Regional Sewer Board, Avista, Liberty Lake Sewer and Water District, City of Post Falls and Spokane County wrote a joint letter commenting on the February 13 core model workshop.
