We hope you will join us for the Spokane River Forum’s 2026 H2O Breakfast. This special event has a rich history of fascinating speakers sharing programs and experiences that stretch our thinking and stimulate critically needed dialogues. The breakfast typically attracts more than 200 natural resource professionals and opinion leaders from eastern Washington and northern Idaho. Attendees include tribal, state and local agencies, water purveyors, conservation districts, business and industry leaders, universities, elected officials, environmental nonprofits and recreational groups, and interested members of the community.

The theme for the 2026 H20 Breakfast is water conservation and aquifer protection. We chose this theme in light of a portion of the river drying up last summer just below the dam at Post Falls, Idaho, and forecasts for increased water consumption and demand for recreational access throughout our region over the next 30 years. We are pleased to provide this opportunity to learn from the experiences of our neighbors in the central corridor of the Deschutes as well as local partners who are working on aquifer modeling studies and forecasting for the Spokane River watershed.

We are grateful to City of Spokane Public Works and Utilities, Idaho Washington Aquifer Collaborative, Kootenai County Aquifer Protection District, Spokane Aquifer Joint Board, Spokane Conservation District, and Spokane County Public Works for making this event possible. If you or your organization would like to sponsor, we have several options available.

Thank you for registering now to be a part of this unique opportunity while supporting our ongoing efforts to inspire individual and collective stewardship of the Spokane River, its tributaries, and the Spokane Valley Rathdrum Prairie Aquifer.
