Said Otto Klein, Senior Vice President of Spokane Indians Baseball team, “The community has rallied to protect and restore the river’s signature fish, the native Redband Trout through the Redband Rally Campaign. The proposed name change marks our long term commitment to raise money for Redband habitat and celebrate Spokane River restoration and river access projects.”
