EPA issues NPDES wastewater discharge permits for Coeur d’Alene, Post Falls and HARBS

After 10 years, the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency  issued Coeur d’Alene, Post Falls and the Hayden Area Regional Sewer Board (HARSB) NPDES wastewater discharge permits to the Spokane River. Read more from the CDA Press.
