General Information

Use non-aerosol containers, such as pump spray, roll on or liquid. After removing the tip and lid, empty aerosol cans may go in the recycling bin. Empty means the can has no pressure or liquid residuals; it is completely sprayed out. Aerosol cans that still contain hazardous products can be dropped off free of charge at one of the Household Hazardous Waste sites.
