Gasoline

You Need to Know

Do not place containers with unused or contaminated gasoline in the curbside trash or recycle bins. If you cannot use it up, drop gasoline off a Transfer Station's Household Hazardous Waste site. It must be placed in a properly marked, closed container which is no larger than five gallons in size. If gasoline is contaminated, it must be clearly marked on the container.  If the contaminate is known that should also be marked on the container.
