Empty aerosol hair spray cans be placed in the curbside recycle bin after you remove the spray tip and lid. Empty means the can has no pressure or liquid residuals; it is completely sprayed out. Drop off full or partially full aerosol hair spray cans, free of charge, at a Transfer Station’s Household Hazardous Waste site.
