Requirements
The x-ray film recycling program includes:
- Free pick-up anywhere in Washington.
- HIPAA compliant certificate of destruction for the films picked-up including paper jackets and all other accompanied medical records which may contain sensitive information.
- Cash back for the X-Ray film picked-up by the lb.
Registered with the EPA (US Environmental Protection Agency) as a silver recovery facility.
