General Information
Never discharge water from hydroblasting or pressure washing painted surfaces to the ground, the storm drainage system, ditches, into septic systems, or to local creeks, rivers, and lakes. Heavy metals found in paint pigments are the most common contaminant. Paint chips, dust, and spent grit require a clearance to prove they are non-hazardous before going into the dumpster. To find out if your waste is hazardous contact a vendor.
