Radiography, cat scan and fluoroscopy cathode ray tubes are contained in a lead housing filled with oil. Parts of this assembly may be hazardous, and if manufactured before 1978, may contain PCBs. The tubes themselves contain valuable metals such as tungsten, molybdenum, copper and beryllium.
