The Town of Rockford receives residential and commercial solid waste collection services from Empire Disposal. Citizens can take their comingled recyclables to a drop-off container located within its municipality, also serviced by Empire Disposal.
Rockford manages a composting facility behind the Rockford City Hall. The facility does not accept commercial haulers. Click here for information on facility hours and acceptable materials.
