Auto Alternator

Alternators can go in the ferrous metals bin at a transfer station's recycling collection site. Alternators do not belong in the curbside recycling bin. All fluids must be drained out and placed in separate containers. Auto fluids can be taken to transfer station's Household Hazardous Waste centers.
