General Information

Used motor oil and other crude-based products like transmission fluid, hydraulic fluid, gear lube oils, metalworking oils and differential fluid may be mixed together and dropped off at one of the Transfer Stations' Household Hazardous Waste collection sites.

Do not add anything else or you run the risk of contaminating a batch of used oil and turning it into a hazardous waste. You can also take back used motor oil to the site you purchased it at. Call them first to see how much they will take and specific requirements.
