Household Hazardous Waste – Special Handling Required

Do not place glaze in the curbside recycle bin. Glazes containing lead or uranium should be solidified by firing, then placed in the trash. 

Drop off liquid or unfired glaze at a Transfer Station's Household Hazardous Waste collection site.
