Recyclable Materials Typical recyclable materials include:
- Aluminum cans and foil
- Corrugated and non-corrugated cardboard
- Clean Pizza Boxes
- Glass bottles and jars (no lids)
- Mixed paper (not shredded)
- Most types of paper (no coated or laminated)
- Other metal cans, including empty aerosol cans (no lids or tips)
- Plastics numbered 1 through 2 (empty, no lids).
- Small pieces of scrap metal
- Barbecue (plastic wheels and knobs removed)
Non-recyclable items include:

Recyclables Drop Off - Free. There is a fee for appliance recycling.
NOTE: Starting April 2021, our transfer stations will be part of Washington State’s Paint Stewardship program. The following rules will apply for the transfer stations accepting paint. Please note that materials covered will be accepted 7 days a week at our recycling drop-off areas. The materials include latex and oil paints, stains, coatings. No glues or tars are accepted. - Material accepted cannot be dried out (needs to be in liquid form).
- Material can be accepted in any quantity.
- Material will only be accepted in disposable containers (customers will not get their containers back).
- We cannot pour off or combine any material.
- Acceptable material will be taken 7 days per week.
- No tar or glue will be accepted.
- Program starts April 1st 2021.
Hours: Recycling, Trash, hazardous household waste and clean green facilities are open 7 days a week, except on major holidays (New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas).
Winter Hours (November 1 through March 31):
7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday - Friday
8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Saturday - Sunday
Seasonal Hours (April 1 through October 31):
7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday - Friday
8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Saturday - Sunday
